B- Disclaimers
You must be older than 18 years of age to place an order on our site. Customers are responsible for all import charges and duties in their respective country. Customers are also responsible for ensuring that the products they purchase are not in violation of their respective countries’ laws and regulations. Ownership of the products is transferred to the customer once the products are shipped.
Any disputes will be settled in Egyptian courts under Egyptian law.

Visa, MasterCard and Cash on Delivery are accepted forms of payment on the-arts-hub.com
Shipped and Home Delivery products
Your product can be delivered to your preferred destination (ie: your home or your office) through our shipping company. All orders are delivered on normal business days, Sunday to Thursday, excluding Egyptian national holidays. In the case of an incomplete address; products will not be shipped. Shipping delays may occur due to inaccurate information in billing methods or inaccurate information in a complete shipping address. If a customer refuses the delivery of an item for reasons other than the item being incorrect; the customer agrees to pay the shipping charges incurred and specified on the invoice.
Order cancellations and returns
Online purchases cannot be refunded at the time an order is placed (when the process order button is clicked) and can only be refunded when the product is received and returned to us. If you are not satisfied with your purchase upon receiving it; we will gladly exchange or refund it within 48 hours given that it is in perfect condition. For returns and exchange; please contact us using our email info@the-arts-hub.com. All claims of incorrect shipping/billing information or request for return must be made on the same day of delivery. Shipping charges on returned products are not refunded. In order to return a product; the customer’s purchase invoice must be included. The items returned also must be returned complete and in their original condition. All returns must be shipped with their shipping and freight cost prepaid. Thus, the customer is responsible for all freight and shipping charges.
International returns or exchanges (outside of Egypt) are not offered.
